- 1 cup french green beans
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/8 cup water
Cut ends off green beans and discard.
Heat stove to medium heat. Add a little oil.
Add green beans and garlic to the pan once hot cook for 10 minutes. Stir frequently so green beans don’t burn.
After 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and turn to a higher heat.
Cook for 10 more minutes stirring frequently
