Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup french green beans
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/8 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Cut ends off green beans and discard.
  • Heat stove to medium heat. Add a little oil.
  • Add green beans and garlic to the pan once hot cook for 10 minutes. Stir frequently so green beans don’t burn.
  • After 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and turn to a higher heat.
  • Cook for 10 more minutes stirring frequently
  • Enjoy!
