Chickpea Salad Sandwich

The perfect summer sandwich! It's just like a tuna salad sandwich but there's no tuna!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup pickles chopped
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mayo

Instructions
 

  • Strain the canned chickpeas. Place them into a bowl.
  • Mash the chickpeas. Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl. Mix well.
