Ingredients
2 wraps (i used spinach)
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 shredded carrots
1/3 cup unsalted peanuts
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 – 1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili Huy Fong Foods Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Chop the lettuce, spinach, red peppers, and carrots. Add to a mixing bowl and add peanuts.
- In a separate bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour sauce over vegetables. Mix well.
- Separate mixture evenly on wraps.
- Enjoy!
