It’s a quinoa taco meat kind of day and BOY do I have a great recipe for you today! It’s my signature vegan quinoa taco meat! Mouthwatering good. I had my friend try this recipe and she absolutely loved it, and my boyfriend can’t get enough of it! It’s a great alternative to regular taco meat if you’re feeling adventurous. The best part is there are no fake ingredients in these recipes it’s all-natural, no preservatives needed. Quinoa taco meat is a protein-rich vegan recipe. It’s a 10 ingredient recipe. Enjoy!

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 cups water

2/3 cup salsa verde
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. Turmeric
½ tsp. Pepper
A couple dashes of salt
DIRECTIONS:
1 . Cook quinoa for 15 minutes.
a. Add quinoa and water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then cover.
b. Turn heat down, then simmer for 15 minutes
2 . Add all other ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
3 . Once quinoa is finished. Add the quinoa to the mixing bowl and mix well.
4 . Spread the quinoa on a baking sheet, making sure to spread it out as thin as possible so most of it gets cooked evenly.
5 . Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
6 . Bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip at the halfway point.
7 . Enjoy.

Directions
