Hello happy readers! I am a serious snacker. I snack when I’m in the kitchen because I get hungry so I grab chips and wayyy too many. So I threw together this easy no bake energy bites which happened to be plant-based! Not vegan, but easy can be made vegan. This plant-based snack recipe can be made in under 10 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- ⅛ chia seeds
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey (swap for maple syrup if vegan)
- Handful of cranberries
RECIPES:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together!
