Hello happy readers! I am a serious snacker. I snack when I’m in the kitchen because I get hungry so I grab chips and wayyy too many. So I threw together this easy no bake energy bites which happened to be plant-based! Not vegan, but easy can be made vegan. This plant-based snack recipe can be made in under 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • ⅛ chia seeds
  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey (swap for maple syrup if vegan)
  • Handful of cranberries

RECIPES:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together!
  2. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup chia seeds

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup cranberries

Directions

  • Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix.
  • Add honey and peanut butter to a mixing bowl
  • Enjoy!
